Terms of Service
By using this site or placing an order, you're agreeing to the terms below. This is plain-language draft copy for a small shop, not a document written by a lawyer, so give it a real read-through and adjust anything that doesn't fit before relying on it.
Products and pricing
We do our best to represent every product accurately, but 3D-printed items can vary slightly from photos due to material, lighting, or the print itself. All prices are in USD. Payments are processed securely through Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
Order acceptance
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order before printing begins, for example if we suspect fraud or if a custom request isn't actually printable. If we cancel an order, you'll be refunded in full.
Uploaded design files (custom quotes)
When you upload an STL or OBJ file for a custom quote, you're confirming that you own it or otherwise have the right to use it. Uploading a file doesn't transfer ownership of your design to us — we're only granted a limited license to print it for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We don't reuse, resell, or share your design with other customers. We keep uploaded files for a period after your order is complete in case you need a reprint or follow-up support [placeholder: confirm how long we actually keep these], and may delete them after that.
Intellectual property
Our own catalog designs, product photos, and site content belong to The3DPrintCo and may not be reproduced or resold without permission.
Limitation of liability
We're not liable for indirect or incidental damages related to your order. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma [placeholder: confirm this is correct].
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
