This page explains what information we collect when you use this site and how we use it. Like our other policies, this is plain-language draft copy meant to be reviewed, not a document written by a lawyer.
What we collect
When you place an order, we collect your name, email, and shipping address through Stripe Checkout, along with the details of what you ordered. If you request a custom quote, we also collect the design file you upload and any notes you include. If you sign up for restock or new-product alerts, or reach out through our contact page, we collect the email or information you give us for that purpose.
How we use it
We use this information to fulfill and ship your order, to send order confirmations, shipping updates, and review requests, and to respond to questions you send us. Restock and new-product emails are opt-in only — we send them because you signed up, never as unsolicited marketing, and we don't sell or share your email with anyone else. Want to stop receiving them? Contact us and we'll take care of it.
Third parties we work with
We use Stripe to process payments, Resend to send transactional emails, and Firebase (Google Cloud) to host the site and store data and uploaded files. Each of these providers only receives what they need to do their job, and each has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.
Browser storage
Your shopping cart and recently viewed items are stored locally in your browser, not on our servers. Clearing your browser data clears this information.
Children's privacy
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
